Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC)

The Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC) is Canada’s most successful convention and trade show facility. Since 1984, the Centre has hosted more than 22,000 events and generated over $9.6 billion in direct spending economic impact for Ontario and Canada.
Beyond planning events, the Centre continues to strive to make a positive impact in Canada. The facility has donated over 500,000 meals to local food rescue organizations and schools, and over 194 tonnes of furniture, carpet, clothing, toys, and more to local charities. In addition, the MTCC intentionally uses its buying power to support local farms, wineries, and producers.
The world-class venue features 442,000 sq. ft. of exhibit space, 77 meeting rooms, flexible ballrooms, and a theatre equipped for performing arts as well as corporate events. With an average customer satisfaction rating of 98%, the MTCC is recognized as top-of-class by meeting and event planners around the world.
At the Centre of it All
The MTCC is ideally located at the centre of it all in the heart of Toronto’s Convention District. Over 11,000 hotel rooms, many of Canada’s top attractions, and 200 restaurants are within walking distance. As well, the facility is connected via indoor tunnel to two hotels, the PATH, Union Station, and the UP Express, a 25-minute rail link to Pearson International Airport.
Local Food Supporter
The MTCC is proud to have an in-house culinary team. The Centre is a certified 100km Foods partner, which highlights the facility’s commitment to sourcing ingredients and products from local farmers and producers. To benefit local businesses, all the wine and craft beer offered at events is sourced locally, along with 80% of food and beverages overall. Attendees always experience the best food and beverage Canada and Ontario have to offer.
Plan with Purpose
The MTCC is an industry leader in sustainable meeting solutions. The Centre offers event organizers a comprehensive, simple guide on how to host an event with sustainability in mind. Strategies include using clean energy, donating food surplus or materials, using the app Voyage Control during move-in, and capitalizing on sustainable building features already in place that reduce waste, conserve energy, and promote biodiversity.
